Purposes of the processing

Retention periods


Our retention periods vary in light of the information we process and depending on the purpose for which it is collected.


All the information regarding your navigation on the website is either eliminated or anonymised after you leave agentifai.com.


When it comes to the information you provided us through our webforms we will keep the information for the time it takes to answer to your questions and commercial inquiries or to finalise the assessment of your job application. Nevertheless, in the first case we will not keep your data for more than a year, and, in the second case, we will delete your information after the job offer expires or the candidacy evaluation is finalised.


You should be aware that if any legal procedure arises in connection or deriving from these interactions, then your personal data will be stored until those procedures are closed.


It is not foreseeable that we finalise businesses and commercial transactions in the context of the interactions with you in our website but if we do, Portuguese law obliges us to keep those records for 10 (ten) years.



Your rights


Under data protection regime in the EU you have a set of rights you may exercise at your discretion, as long as they are applicable, namely to:
