BPI Bank’s Virtual Assistant wins Paytech Awards 2023

AI solution supported by AgentifAI’s leading technology enables voice-activated payments and won the category of Best Use of Tech in Consumer Payments.

Lisbon, 22nd July 2023 – BPI’s Digital Assistant solution, developed by AgentifAI, has taken first prize in the category for “Best Use Of Tech in Consumer Payments” at the international Paytech Awards.

The solution developed by BPI and AgentifAI enables a natural and humanized conversation in autonomous customer service processes, through the use of advanced natural language processing techniques, conversational experience design, and Artificial Intelligence technologies.

This is the fifth international award won by solutions supported by AgentifAI’s artificial intelligence technology, reinforcing its leadership position when compared to other competing solutions.
