This groundbreaking technology, developed in collaboration with Portuguese start-up AgentifAI, delivers a more natural, empathetic, and intelligent communication experience, capable of addressing multiple user requests.

Available 24/7 across all Lusíadas Saúde group facilities, LUSI enables users to book appointments and obtain information on healthcare services and agreements with ease. By leveraging natural language understanding, LUSI ensures unparalleled accessibility and optimizes response times, allowing anyone to utilize the technology effortlessly. Users can simply converse with LUSI to have their requests fulfilled.
